1. Delete from inside Ceravio (fastest)
- Sign in at ceravio.app.
- Open Settings → Privacy.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and all personal data is purged within 30 days.
2. Delete by email
If you cannot sign in, email hello@pinegrass.in from the address linked to your account.
Subject line: Data Deletion Request — [your name]
We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email address)
- Diagnostic answers, plans, and task activity
- Assessment scores and mock interview sessions
- Voice recordings
- WhatsApp message history linked to your account
Payment records are retained only as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, then destroyed. Anonymised aggregate data (never linked to you) may be retained for product improvement.
4. Data received via WhatsApp or Google
If you interacted with Ceravio through WhatsApp or signed in with Google, deleting your Ceravio account also deletes the data we received from those platforms. Deleting our copy does not affect data held by Meta or Google themselves — manage that in their own settings.
