Self-paced preparation
Ceravio provides structured tasks and practice workflows. It is not a scheduled live class or guaranteed one-to-one mentoring service. Software and Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Civil Engineering have dedicated paths. Other disciplines can use labelled universal preparation where their dedicated content is unavailable.
Content ownership and validation
Pinegrass maintains the product and task catalogue. Named subject reviewers, externally validated learning outcomes and approved instructor biographies are not published here yet. Product availability does not establish independent academic validation.
Read the versioned methodologyWhat readiness signals mean
The legacy five-part summary covers a track-dependent technical or domain signal, communication, resume, interview and consistency. A domain self-rating is a self-report, not demonstrated proficiency. These are preparation signals, not five validated measures of employability. Target-specific evidence separates demonstrated readiness, evidence confidence, coverage and eligibility. Software proficiency must not substitute for an unrelated engineering discipline.
Feedback and support
Practice can be saved when AI grading is off; it must remain ungraded. Human review can be queued. No fixed review turnaround or assigned mentor is promised here. Contact hello@pinegrass.in for access or content questions; do not send passwords. Named staffing and response commitments must be confirmed before a staffed pilot.
